Order and Tracking
Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and prepared for shipment within 72 hours.
Processing and shipping take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a message from our support team via WhatsApp at the phone number provided during checkout.
When your order is shipped, a second email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Your order will be delivered by a courier service. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice to allow you to arrange an alternative delivery or collect your parcel from a designated pickup point.
To ensure the security and integrity of your order, the courier is not permitted to leave packages unattended or “hidden” at the delivery address.
Delivery times are indicative and provided for informational purposes only; therefore, they cannot be guaranteed.
However, we work closely with our shipping partners to continuously improve our service, and we plan to introduce additional delivery options at checkout, including upgraded shipping and shipment insurance.
Order Progress
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number and tracking details.
Your shipment can be monitored at any time through our dedicated Tracking page, using the information provided in the email.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the courier.
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, we kindly ask you to contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, as investigations with the courier can only be initiated within this period.
The earlier an investigation is opened, the sooner we can proceed with a replacement or refund if necessary.

Order Delivery
Once your order confirmation email has been sent, your shipment is entrusted to our local courier partners.
We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible; however, high order volumes may occasionally extend processing and delivery times. Estimated delivery typically takes 6 to 18 days.
If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team
Missing Package
If a delivery cannot be completed due to address-related issues or recipient unavailability, the local courier will leave a delivery notice indicating the date of the next delivery attempt or the location where the package can be collected.
If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please ensure that you have completed the following steps before contacting us:
- Inspect the delivery area around the address provided
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a delivery notice from the courier indicating an attempted delivery

Delivery Fees
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping – €2.99
Includes shipment tracking and allows you to monitor your order at every stage.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 8–18 days.
Premium Shipping – €10.00
Includes shipment insurance, providing protection in the event of damage or non-delivery.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 6–16 days.
Responsability
AYRAWER cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping details. We kindly ask you to ensure that all address fields are filled in correctly, including the street number, as missing information may prevent successful delivery.
If essential address or contact details are incomplete, your order may be placed on hold and marked as unfulfilled. In such cases, our team will make every effort to contact you; however, your timely response is required in order to proceed with shipment.
Please note that confirmation emails and support communications may occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders. We recommend checking these folders if you have not received updates within the expected delivery timeframe.
Orders can remain in an unfulfilled status for a maximum of 20 days.
After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled due to the operational requirements involved in extended order management.
